Ready Mix Concrete

Christchurch Ready Mix Concrete operates four fully computerised transit mix batching plants at Belfast (2), Hornby, and Rolleston. All concrete mixes are produced in accordance with New Zealand standards.

Aggregates

Christchurch Ready Mix Concrete aggregates division operates throughout the Canterbury region, from five land-based quarries and various local rivers, extracting raw materials for processing.

Civil Construction

Christchurch Ready Mix Concrete civil construction division, provides all aspects of civil contracting including commercial site works, residential, lifestyle works and horse arenas.

We're committed to quality

Christchurch Ready Mix Concrete is committed to supplying premium products. To help achieve this, we operate our own testing laboratory based at our Belfast site. All concrete and aggregates are tested in accordance with New Zealand standards. All of our plants have accreditation and are independently audited annually by a registered independent plant engineer to NZS 3104:2021. Christchurch Ready Mix Concrete is a member of Concrete NZ. Christchurch Ready Mix participates in Concrete NZ’s Ready mix member’s concrete plants audit scheme. The scheme audits member’s concrete plants as defined in NZS 3104:2021. The scheme provides an independent audit of the quality systems in place at a ready mixed concrete plant.
